Everything you need to know before choosing a web design package.

How long does it take to build my website?

Most websites are delivered in 2-4 weeks from kick-off, depending on the package and how quickly content is approved. The Basic website takes around 2 weeks, the Growth website 3-4 weeks, and the Pro website 4-6 weeks. We agree the timeline at the start of the project and stick to it, provided your content arrives on schedule.

Do I own the website outright?

Yes. Once the project is complete and paid for, the website is yours. No subscriptions, no licensing fees, no lock-ins. If you ever want to move it elsewhere or take it in-house, you can.

What if my business is too small for this?

If you have customers and a phone number, you're ready. Most of our clients are owner-managed businesses turning over between £100k and £2m. We've built sites for sole traders, trades, professional services, retailers and small manufacturers. The Basic package was designed specifically for businesses getting properly online for the first time.

Why pay £1,450 when I can get a website for £500?

You can. And it will often look like a £500 website. The real question isn't what it costs to build — it's what a bad website costs you in lost enquiries every month. Our sites are designed to convert visitors into customers, not just exist. If your website isn't earning its place in your business, the build cost is irrelevant.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Plenty of clients start on Basic or Growth and upgrade as their business expands. The work we do at every tier is built to scale up, so adding pages, e-commerce, or moving onto an ongoing managed package is straightforward.

What happens after my website launches?

You get 30 days of free post-launch support to iron out any issues, train you on the basics, and make small tweaks. After that, you can either manage the site yourself, pay us ad hoc when you need help, or move onto one of our digital marketing packages for ongoing optimisation and growth.

Do you work with businesses outside the West Midlands?

Yes. While we're based in Worcestershire and most of our clients are across the West Midlands, Worcester, Hereford and the wider region, we work with UK businesses everywhere. Web design is a remote-friendly service, and most clients we never meet in person work just as well as those we do.

What if I don't have content, photos or a logo yet?

That's fine. We offer copywriting at £195 per page as an add-on, and we can source professional stock imagery as part of every build. If you need a new logo or full brand identity, we can talk about that separately — it's not included in the standard packages but we work with trusted brand designers we can introduce you to.

What payment terms do you offer?

50% to start the project, 50% prior to launch. We invoice through Xero and accept bank transfer or card payment. For Pro websites, we can split the second instalment into two stages if that helps with cashflow.
