What's the 3-month minimum about?

Most marketing work doesn't show real results inside the first 90 days. The 3-month minimum means we commit to doing proper work and you commit to giving it time to show. After that, we roll month-to-month — if it's working we keep going, if it isn't we part ways cleanly.

Do I have to use all four phases?

No. Most clients use two or three. The phases are a framework for thinking about growth, not a fixed menu. We'll work out where you actually need help on the discovery call.

Who actually does the work?
