Knightwood Training

A new brand and lead-generating website for an established trainer relaunching in a new region

When Brendan Jeynes came to us, he was bringing an established business into new territory. Knightwood Training had been delivering accredited security, licensing, and first aid courses across Wiltshire and Oxfordshire since 2005. The relocation to Worcester gave Brendan a clean slate to build the business properly in the West Midlands, but it also meant starting from zero on local visibility and brand recognition in a market where buyers had never heard of him.

The challenge was twofold. Knightwood needed a brand that looked the part of a serious accredited training provider and could carry the credibility of a team built from military, police, and frontline security backgrounds. It also had to speak clearly to two very different buyers at once. On one side, individuals investing in their own qualifications to move into security, hospitality, or first aid roles. On the other, businesses, schools, and local authorities procuring compliance training for their teams. Most training company websites pick a lane and lose half their market in the process.

We delivered a complete brand identity kit and a growth-focused website built to do both jobs at the same time. The visual identity was developed to feel professional, trustworthy, and unmistakably grown-up. Calm and authoritative, in keeping with the regulated nature of the training and the seniority of the people delivering it.

The website is structured around the way each audience actually buys. Individuals get a clear path into specific course pages, pricing context, and booking. Businesses get a route into bespoke and on-site delivery enquiries. The course architecture covers the full range, from CCTV operator and SIA door security through to enhanced first aid, health and safety, hospitality licensing, and trainer-assessor qualifications, each set up to rank for the search terms that bring qualified enquiries rather than tyre kickers. The trainer profiles do significant heavy lifting on credibility, because in a sector where buyers want to know who's standing at the front of the room, the pedigree of Brendan, Danny, and Brent is a serious commercial asset.

Since launch, Knightwood has the brand and digital foundation to land properly in the West Midlands, with a website that converts both individual learners and organisational buyers through clear, separate enquiry routes.

We're continuing to work with the Knightwood team on the next stage, building out search optimisation and content to grow visibility across the full course range as the business establishes itself in its new home region.
